Henry Rabell
Henry has been a licensed Florida Real Estate Professional since 1982. Recently, he was hailed as Bosshardt Realty’s Agent of the Year in 2012 and is no strange to awards such as Entrepreneur of the Year, Top Selling Real Estate Agent, Diamond Circle and the President’s Circle at Bosshardt.
Born in 1959 in Havana, Cuba, the youngest of his siblings, Henry immigrated to the United States in 1 960 with his father, mother, brother, sister. With no possessions allowed out of the country except for the $20 dollars in his father’s pocket and a small suitcase with some of the family’s clothes, Henry experienced firsthand what was meant by survival. This experience has continued to play a major theme in shaping Henry’s approach to life as well as real estate. Henry and his wife, Linda, who’s also in the real estate profession in Gainesville, personally own and manage over $3 million in real estate assets. They have been married since 1981, raised three boys, and now enjoy helping raise grandchildren.
Linda Rabell
Linda is a native Floridian who grew up in a family of Builders and Realtors. As a licensed Realtor since 1982, her first love has always been the new homes market. After joining the Bosshardt team in 2002, she became certified as a new homes sales professional. In addition to general Real Estate, She is currently on the sales staff at the Weschester Subdivision, which is a new home development located off of NW 43 Street. Her knowledge of the building process has been a key factor in her continued success. She works hard to assist her customers with all of their needs-from lot locations to color selections – she is there every step of the way.
Linda’s success has been continually demonstrated as the recipient of the annual multi million-dollar producer award since her affiliation with Bosshardt Realty. She believes continuing education is a key factor in performing her job as a Realtor and Real Estate Professional. She has recently earned her Broker Associate license and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation, and she is preparing for her final course to complete her GRI designation.
